Known as a role model for girls in the sport, Morgan advocates for players looking for their voice because that’s the type of player she started out as.
Her focus is to train defense specifically, but coaching doesn’t stop at the physical skills. Through her in-person and remote lessons, Morgan guides players through learning the fundamentals as well as building their mental armor against fear of failure, bad self-talk, and doubt in themselves.
You can find Morgan coaching weekly defensive lessons and online with a powerful presence supplementing softball training with mental courses she has built based on her experience at the highest levels.

Growing up a quiet kid, I would have never believed that I would make a career out of using my voice to lift up those girls who started out just like me: hungry, but shy; talented but sometimes lacking the confidence I wanted.
As a softball player turned instructor, my focus is on the girl I used to be; the little perfectionists out there that want to unlock the potential that they are holding themselves back from. I make a constant effort in lessons and clinics to communicate that growth means failing first and that our voices are powerful even if they aren’t as loud as we want them to be yet.
My goal is to provide the best defensive instruction and resources for softball players in-person and online. For me, it's not only about mechanics, but also about producing valuable teammates & self-reliant athletes that know how to make adjustments and how to be their best competitive selves.
From winning a championship at Washington to coaching defense around the country with The Packaged Deal, I have become firm in my belief there is no secret formula to success. Success starts inside of you and it takes work.
My training provides fundamental defensive tools, but also strengthens each player’s mental armor. My players and their families believe that attending lessons with me is more than just softball training. Whether you are an in-person lesson regular or a member of my online courses, you're being held to a standard of growth on the field as well as growth on the inside.

Morgan’s role as an Easton ambassador spans further than just getting free gear. She works alongside the team to develop gloves and to provide feedback in order to give the girls she trains a voice in creating the best tools in softball.
